Delay in delivery less than 10 (ten) working days shall not entitle the customer to refuse delivery of the products, or to claim damages or compensation.

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. This is due to the time difference between North America and Italy, where most of our products are shipped from.

International Customers Warning (Outside Europe): (SensoLatino is not liable for long shipping delays, buyers purchase at their own risk)
International first class mail usually takes 1-2 business days to process after payment clears and minimum 10-15 (2-4 weeks) business days for arrival. There is no detailed tracking for most first class International mail. Please allow additional delivery time for customs safety inspections, time varies per country. In addition, some countries do have high risk of long shipping delays due to international customs procedures.
